• Billing Data: Billing addresses, payment logs, transaction receipts (note: we do not store credit card credentials on our servers; they are processed securely by our payment gateway providers).

Your data is processed exclusively for business operations, specifically:

• Executing client agreements, managing retainers, and processing payments.
• Coordinating shoots, venue inspections, and wedding day scheduling.
• Delivering online digital galleries and custom heirloom physical albums.
• Maintaining studio backup archives to protect your media from loss.
• Displaying selected images in our portfolio, website, or social media only with your prior explicit consent.

All digital negatives and finalized galleries are stored on secure cloud services and locally backed up on encrypted physical arrays. Online galleries delivered to clients are password-protected by default and remain accessible only to you and those you choose to share the access details with.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data or media assets to third parties. We only share essential details with third-party service providers who assist us in hosting your digital galleries (e.g., Pixieset), printing physical albums, or processing electronic payments.

You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, request corrections to incorrect data, or request the deletion of your personal records from our databases. For media deletion or archive requests, please contact Vivek directly.
